Hey, I'm Rob
I’m Rob Munz, supporting the idea of Maverick AdVENTUREs. I meet with founders, owners and leaders of start-ups, going businesses and high potential ventures to share advice and ideas to help them solve the business challenges they encounter as they seek to grow their companies.
After spending nearly four decades building distinct business from start-up to exit in spaces from fitness, advertising, publishing, internet technologies and SaaS software, I'm eager to share my experience to help entrepreneurs on a smoother path to success.
My Story
I'm a life long entrepreneur who funded early businesses with personal savings, friends and family money, attracted angel investors in a few and secured venture capital funding in others. I built products in a garage, sold products out of a car (while living in it) and grew business from zero to millions. I've built and sold services and solutions to consumers, mom and pops, SMB’s and fortune 500 companies from Disney to NASDAQ to the NFL, MLB and NBA. Along my trek I engaged with hundreds of partners and suppliers. I also built strategic relationships with industry leaders. I exited by selling my businesses to individuals, companies and Private Equity. I've been fortunate to have learned from mentors, other entrepreneurs and I've been surrounded by wonderful employees that have not only contributed to the success of our businesses but have become friends along the way. I’ve been incredibly lucky, fortunate and blessed.
